Private Pay-At BBLC, we aim to maintain our tuition costs towards the lower end of the spectrum while still offering families high-quality care. We are aware that daycare can be expensive, so we do our best to offer our families exceptional care at a reasonable cost.
POC-We also accept POC, a state subsidy granted to qualifying families based on family size and income. Purchase of Care (POC) provides families with financial assistance for child care so the caretaker can hold a job, obtain training, or meet the special needs of the parent or child. Families can apply through Delaware’s Department of Health and Social Services.
State-Funded- We are excited to announce that we have acquired state-funded seats for both locations. State-funded early Care and Education partners provide services for eligible families of infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-k-age children. The following families are eligible to apply: families whose income is equal to or below the federal poverty level, families with children in foster care, families with children experiencing homelessness, and families with children with documented delays or disabilities (IFSPs and IEPs).
